防撞墙钢模板的结构特征

防撞墙钢模板采用的是分体结构组装的形式,按照对混凝土护栏的设计标准,大部分是以上下、左右连接为主的。防撞护栏模板的使用方法是按照设计图纸要求定制的,采用的主体形式是按照路边防撞护栏以及中央防撞护栏两种制作形式,一般情况下中央防撞护栏钢模板定制的少一些,路边定制的多一些,两者在外形上存在的区别就是,路边护栏有一块直板,而中央护栏全部是斜板的形式出现,而且很多公路上要求顶部设置工装,这样可以放置警示灯或者其他设施。按照防撞护栏模具的制作要求,一般都是与每米为单位,这样不论是制作模板还是使用模板都是非常方便的,堵板的使用是按照每10米或者20米一个伸缩缝进行数量设置的,这样能够现浇过程中两侧不会出现漏浆

防撞墙钢模板其结构一般为两片式组装,长度多为1m、1.5m、2m,因为体积较小比较轻便,工人都可以自由搬动,可以随意的组装,机械力量不是必要条件,所以使用时省时省力,直接在施工场所现浇即可,一般工程只需要40~50米就可以完成,十分方便快捷,被广泛应用在公路建设、山区防护等方面。使用防撞护栏模具的方法与其他钢模具大致相似,由于防撞护栏为现浇制作,只需要把模具放在需要的位置,调节拉杆长度,使所有使用的模具宽度一致,用电动扳手将每节模具间的螺丝拧紧,检查各节模具间是否紧密连接,以防灌浆后漏浆影响防撞墙质量。然后用混凝土搅拌车将混凝土搅拌均匀,隔段注入模具内,然后用振动棒充分振动,以免产生气泡影响防撞护栏的坚固性
