In order to effectively fix the steel plate, we also need to use ribs of different thickness for fixation. The whole process is complex, but it also makes our foundation steel mold have better use effect and better product quality.
The demoulding methods of foundation base molds are not the same, because most of the mold styles and specifications are different. For sleeve molds such as septic tank molds, it is necessary to install the outer mold first and then the inner mold. When demoulding, it is also necessary to remove the inner mold first and then the outer mold. Unlike other cast-in-situ steel molds, the foundation base molds only have external molds. Therefore, when dismantling, it is necessary to dismantle the external molds first and then the internal molds, so as to prevent the collapse of concrete blocks due to the absence of bearing plates. The fan foundation base mold is very easy to operate in the project, and because it uses good plates for production as a whole, it has a long service life and can be used well in the project. In order to speed up the demoulding effect of the mold, a special release agent can be painted on the steel plate, so that the mold can be accelerated and recycled. The cost of the mold is low. It saves time and effort in production, which can well reduce the cost and better ensure the product quality of the mold
