防撞墙模板的广泛应用及生产技术

防撞墙模板是制作桥梁、高速公路、省道等路面上的水泥边墙,这种模板对抗压性和耐热性要求较高一般使用钢模板,一整套的防撞墙钢模板由两块内壁光滑的面板拼装而成,并且外壁带有加强劲肋以此保证面板不变形。前部模板是“之”字形弯曲,后部模板则是直板,由螺栓固定可以调节墙体的厚度,一般防撞墙的通用高度为81cm。使用时采用落地式支架方式,将防撞墙钢模板固定好后将内壁放入预先制作好的钢筋并灌入C30混凝土,等待5-7天混凝土凝固后拆模养护即可。
