防撞墙模板的结构十分简单,多是两片式的结构,前后是两块3mm以上厚度的钢板,硬度高、抗压能力好,能够充分保证工程的需要,这个厚度也可以根据客户的要求进行打造,例如为了延长模板的使用年限,也可以规定使用5mm厚的钢板。防撞墙钢模板一般情况下都用在现场浇灌的生产中,所以多是上下通透的,上下端分别由数条拉杆进行固定,这个拉杆的长度多在30cm左右,可以满足各种厚度的防撞墙的生产需要,在组装模具时需要调节拉杆长度以确定防撞墙钢模板的注浆宽度,同时也满足了模板上下的固定要求,如果需要更强的抗压能力,可以通过增加拉杆的数量来实现。
